I am a business litigation lawyer and have been practicing law since 1979 when I was admitted to the California Bar.

My avocation is sailing our Tartan 372 Ka-Ata-Killa.

My wife Patty and I love to travel and spend as much time as we can traveling around the world.

The biggest problem with that is that the more you see, the more you realize that you haven’t seen much at all.
