French Chef at Italian Restaurant

For Bob’s birthday dinner we had reservations at the nice Italian restaurant on the property. After we sat down and started looking at the menu, it looked much more French than Italian. We ordered and late in the meal the chef came out to check on us. Turns out that he was French, spending a couple of the winter months in Cancun. He was delighted to speak French with Patty and autographed our place mat that he was featured on and we had delightful chat with him. Dinner exceeded our expectations and was very good.
